Day Before the Holiday

I had a feeling of cold winter stillness when painting this watercolor painting. Though it was the day before Xmas and I was playing with my boy Drew, it was a bright but cold day. Drew is 4 1/2 years old. We sat down to paint and I did this watercolor while he preferred to worked on his robots. This is a 5"x7" painting.
