If you have made a recent purchase we thank you for your patronage, it is very much appreciated. If you are in the Continental USA you will receive your order within 3 to 10 working days unless otherwise noted in the product description. Standard shipping is UPS Ground or USPS Ground. A signature is required on delivery unless otherwise instructed. All prints and originals are shipped flat and will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity for each item purchased.

Cancel your Order? Canceled Orders:
Your Happiness is Extremely Important! We will be humble in any comments or suggestions you may have. If you are returning an item, please know we want you to come back in the future. So we want to provide you with quality service. In the event you cancel your order after it ships you will be refunded the full purchase price minus 7% restocking fee. Refunds will be paid to you via Paypal when the product is returned to us and received in good condition. In the event you cancel your order prior to shipping we will refund you the entire purchase price minus the shipping cost via PayPal.
Damaged or Undelivered Goods:
Your purchase shipment has been insured against loss or damage. To help spare extra expenses, please do not return any damaged goods (but please keep all items on hand, you may not need to send everything back - please call or email ASAP to receive specific return instructions). If you do not receive your order within 10 days of ordering, we will track the package and ship replacements if package is not found, or we will refund you the entire purchase amount via Paypal. If you have any problems you can call 515-650- 9936 and leave a message. Because I do not get to answer all my calls please consider using the form below and I will respond as quickly as possible.

So the best way to contact me is through the 'Contact Form', as I will receive all these requests remotely. I answer most requests within 24 hours. In the event I am napping on a log floating down one of the many rivers in the area it may take a bit longer. Please have patience I will respond.
